• Providing free legal aid to Women and persons with economically disadvantaged background.
• Promotion of children’s constitutional, legal and social rights.
• Institutionalizing initiatives and innovations for development of livelihood securities of the disadvantaged household. 
• Promotion of children’s constitutional, legal and social rights, child health care, welfare or child development, juvenile justice or care of neglected or marginalized children or children with disabilities, elimination of child labour or children with distress child pschycology or sociology and law relating to children. 
• To promote action for social upliftment, equality and rights of marginalized and disadvantaged groups such as women, children, disable, orphan and poorest of the poor in the community.
• To provide support services on legal guidance, managerial, institutional and operational support to the children, women and persons with economically disadvantaged background and other organizations in the fields of micro finance, micro enterprise, insurance and livelihood promotions and women empowerment.

• To implement specially formulated programs for the socio- economic emancipation of the children, women and persons with economically disadvantaged background and/or marginalize groups to raise their self esteem and to create their equal rights and status within the wider the community, to enable them to overcome their marginalized situation and bring them into national mainstream. 
• To develop thrift & Credit habits among women and persons with economically disadvantaged background and to facilitate for creation of an apex body that will address the socio- economic and other issues of women and persons with economically disadvantaged background.
• To give financial help to needy widows and orphans for the purpose of their maintenance, medical treatment and education so as to enable them to earn their livelihood.
